Root system-rhizosphere soil-bulk soil interactions in different Chinese fir clones based on fungi community diversity change

چکیده
The diversity of the rhizosphere arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) community is a crucial factor affecting root-soil interaction. They can absorb carbohydrates from host body and return nutrient elements soil to host. Using 15 Chinese fir ( Cunninghamia lanceolata Lamb. Hook.) clones, AMF richness, abundance structure in “Root system-Rhizosphere soil-Bulk soil” were obtained by Real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) Illumina Miseq sequencing techniques. results showed that under same clone, total amount was order > root system bulk soil. species uniqueness There significant correlation between soil-available phosphorus its dominant genera species. Regarding abundance, clone S18 highest, followed clones Y061 P17. difference richness among different Glomus genus AMF. P17 S2 roots high, indicating good symbiosis community. However, P11 P41 low, variation composition group small. interaction caused gather but had less present with roots. Still, both high. content In conclusion, Clone has high forms AMF, which could be nutrient-efficient fir.

Cultivation Effect of Chitinase-Transgenic Cotton on Functional Bacteria and Fungi in Rhizosphere and Bulk Soil
Background: In consideration for the increasing widespread use of genetically modified (GM) crops, one of the important issues for assessment is the effect of GM crops on soil microbial communities Objectives: In this study, T2 chitinase-transgenic cotton (line #57) and its non-transgenic line were investigated for bacterial and fungal dynamics...
متن کاملAnalyses of the community compositions of root rot pathogenic fungi in the soybean rhizosphere soil
9 CHILEAN JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH 76(2) APRIL-JUNE 2016 Soybean (Glycine max [L.] Merr.) root rot is an important disease of soybean under continuous cropping, and root rot is widely distributed throughout the world. This disease is extremely harmful, and it is difficult to prevent and control. The study aimed to elucidate the composition of root rot pathogenic fungal communities in th...
متن کاملDiversity of Rhizosphere Soil Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Various Soybean Cultivars under Different Continuous Cropping Regimes
Recent studies have shown that continuous cropping in soybean causes substantial changes to the microbial community in rhizosphere soil. In this study, we investigated the effects of continuous cropping for various time periods on the diversity of rhizosphere soil arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in various soybean cultivars at the branching stage. The soybean cultivars Heinong 37 (an intermed...
متن کاملComparison of soil microbial community catabolic diversity between rhizosphere and bulk soil induced by tillage or residue retention
The effects of long term no-till and crop residue on soil microbial community catabolic function and relevant carbon cycle in the rhizosphere and bulk soils were assessed in the 10th year of a maize-winter wheat-soybean crop rotation. Conventional and zero tillage were coupled with residue removal and residue retention in a factorial design. Soil microbial community catabolic diversity was dete...
متن کاملTemporal variations of rhizosphere and bulk soil chemistry in a Douglas fir stand
Rhizosphere soil can play a central role in the maintenance of the soil–plant system and influencing the biogeochemistry of forest ecosystems. However, rhizospheric studies in situ to understand the ecosystem functions are still lacking. Therefore, the objectives of the present study were to examine the differences in the chemical properties such as the pH, organic C, exchangeable base cations ...
